Cradley Village Hall

Open Day Saturday October 2nd 2004

Cradley Village Hall opened its doors to a steady stream of visitors, who were amazed by the quality of the refurbishments that had been carried out. It was almost a year to the day (September 28th 2003) that fire had ravaged the hall after phase 1 of the renovations…….

Now, the memory of that devastating night is behind us and we can look forward to welcoming the public to our superb hall, with new additions of an archive centre, an upstairs committee room and a magnificent balcony - together with a superb fully fitted kitchen, brand new toilets and gas fired central heating.

As news spreads, Cradley Village Hall is becoming the venue of choice for parties, concerts, clubs, weddings etc.

Our next project is the development of the plot of land at the rear of the hall in to an attractive garden and patio. A design has been drawn up and quotes submitted. We will raise the money with our next major fundraisers, which are “A grand Christmas Market” on December 4th 10.30 to 3.30 in the Hall and a revival of the “Wine and Wassail” on December 17th.
