There is a wide variety of bungalows, chalets, cottages and caravans on the park. The GGHHA does not represent caravan owners as members at present, and caravan lettings are mostly for 'family and friends'. The units have had various improvements over the years and the basic types are as follows:-
The SNOWDON is a detached timber framed bungalow clad
in wood and natural Welsh slate. It provides two bedroomed accomodation
with kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The SNOWDON MAJOR is similar to the Snowdon, having slightly
larger bedrooms. The Snowdon design may be seen round the Lower Lake and
Snowdon Drive.
The CONWAY is a part brick built chalet providing two
bedrooms with kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The CONWAY MAJOR is similar to the Conway, but larger.
The Conway design may be seen on the Green.
The COLWYN is an L shaped bungalow, timber framed and
clad in wood and natural Welsh slate. There is a double bedroom and two
twin bedded rooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The Colwyn design
is on the Island.
The WELSH COTTAGE is a rendered brick built two storey
cottage with pitched slate roof. There are three bedrooms, living room,
kitchen and bathroom. The Welsh Cottages are at River Side.

Each unit has parking space for one vehicle. Units are usually sold
furnished. Depending on the type of lease there is a right to site amenities
and normal services including water and electricity.
