There is a wide variety of bungalows, chalets, cottages and caravans on the park. The GGHHA does not represent caravan owners as members at present, and caravan lettings are mostly for 'family and friends'. The units have had various improvements over the years and the basic types are as follows:-

in wood and natural Welsh slate. It provides two bedroomed accomodation
with kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The SNOWDON MAJOR is similar to the Snowdon, having slightly larger bedrooms. The Snowdon design may be seen round the Lower Lake and Snowdon Drive.
The CONWAY is a part brick built chalet providing two bedrooms with kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The CONWAY MAJOR is similar to the Conway, but larger. The Conway design may be seen on the Green.
The COLWYN is an L shaped bungalow, timber framed and
clad in wood and natural Welsh slate. There is a double bedroom and two
